CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

To protect my time and ensure fairness to all clients, please note the following:

A 48‑hour notice period is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

No‑shows or same‑day cancellations will be charged the full booking fee.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to carry out your treatment and your booking fee may be forfeited.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unwell — I will always try to be understanding in genuine circumstances.
